early in this morning, i woke up.. 7:15, it was a normal day, going to the shop, for the daily work, damn!this electric bill delivery guy, has been driving me nuts, sending a bill 0f seven thousand pesos, which does not "normally happen", we haven't encountered such a high electricity rate, damn,,,,, but the guy said that it was he VAT that makes it, oh.. it does it.. but this dont seemto be an excuse for the very high rate, i can't believe that it was just the VAT that makes it high, there are also some i dunno's which i cant hardly explain what they are for, the bill has many other things than VAT, the havea list on the bill itself, just like paying an order to the restauranmt without eating anything, hey! wake up people! were paying for things that wedon't know.. i'm not in a mood for a rebelion or something, but damn why should people allow this? hey, "who would care to explain what are these payments for?", awwww this high elctricity bill makes me feel like... i dont want to use my phone again, hey wake up people, this is unfair... paying for those that we did not use, hey or should i say paying for the debts that other people made... "utang nila, tayo ang nagbabayad!" they pass the problem to thier customers, so get up? why should we allow this to happen? were blind, were deaf, were numb, but wea re not IDIOTS paying for those high, high and very high bill rate, just because all of VAT? too much for that... VAT is less, bbut what makes it high? it's the +++ of the company's debts, thier debts...
